On registration you are obliged to pay 50% of the course fee.
The remaining 50% must have been received not later than the closing date on the given accounts.
Registrations are valid only when the 50% deposit has been received.

CANCELLATION
If you withdraw your reservation, we are forced to hold back €20 administrative costs.
In case of cancellation (whatever the reason may be) after the closing date or within three days before the beginning of the course, 40% and 50% respectively of the course fee will be held back, on the understanding that we will try to offer you the opportunity to take another course in the same year.

CONFIRMATION
You will receive a confirmation of your registration and payment, as well as detailed information about the course.
Both registrations for the course and reservations of accommodation will be treated in order of receipt of the payment.
